WINDOW TYPE & WALL MOUNTED ALL NEW MODELS G-SERIES
(FULL DC INVERTER, INVERTER & NON-INVERTER)
GJ06, GJ07, GJ09, GJ12, GJ18, GJ24, GW09, GW12, GW18, GW24, GW28 & GW36

will have a one (1) year free of labor on unit, three (3) years on all
parts and a twelve (12) years compressor warranty.

All parts are subject for one (1) time replacement only.
Only Uni-tech authorized service center can perform the maintenance according to relevant regulations.

Thus, the following cases are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Damage due to improper use, maintenance, storage and handling
  2. Damage caused by unauthorized Uni-tech sub-contractor (installers or service centers)
  3. Unavailability of valid and official warranty card or sales invoice
  4. Damage caused by natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, fire, etc.
  5. Power line or plug damages

Replacement Policy

During the warranty period, the unit can be changed when the following conditions are met:

The product fails to function normally within 15 days from the date of installation


Provisions on depreciation fees for returned units:

Box / packaging should not be disposed
Manuals and all accessories should be intact
